The canvas

Everything in OKR.ai happens on one page: a FigJam-style dot grid you can pan, with people and their objectives as nodes.

People and Objectives views

The toggle in the top-right corner switches between two views of the same tree:

  • People shows each person with their role, objective count and overall progress.
  • Objectives shows each person’s objectives inline, with a progress ring per objective. Objectives you aren’t allowed to see in full show a lock instead of progress.

You see your manager, yourself and your reports. Peers and the rest of the org collapse into +N more chips; click one to expand it. Recenter in the bottom-right brings you back to yourself.

The node drawer

Click any person to open their drawer. It has three tabs:

TabWhat it’s for
From managerThe manager’s OKRs and anything they pushed to you. Pull and align with AI, or pull one objective as is.
My OKRsDraft, edit and track your objectives, key results, initiatives and progress updates. Also From context.
ReportsPush to reports, approve their OKRs, and see who needs approval, hasn’t acknowledged, is approved or has no OKRs yet. Searchable.

To remove someone, open their drawer; Remove person is at the bottom. Their reports move up to their manager.

Side panels

The rail on the left opens the workspace panels. Status dots show at a glance whether the database is reachable and how many MCP connectors are connected or failing.

  • Team import: upload a CSV of people and OKRs. Docs
  • Context: MCP connectors, docs sites, public pages and files. Docs
  • Scheduler: recurring snapshots and their history. Docs
  • AI model: the provider, model and key. Docs
  • Database: where the workspace’s data lives. Docs
  • Account (bottom-left): your profile, theme, workspace name and SSO. Docs

Light and dark

Choose System, Light or Dark from the account menu. The choice is remembered on that device.
