Team import (CSV)
Bring a whole org into OKR.ai in one go. Download the template from the Team import panel, fill it in and upload it. You see a preview before anything changes.

| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
email | The person’s email. People are matched by it. |
name, role, jd | Display name, role title and an optional job description that helps AI split OKRs. |
manager_email | Their manager, in the file or already in the workspace. Blank means the top of the org. |
objective, key_result | An objective and one of its key results. |
kr_baseline, kr_target, kr_unit | Where the key result starts, where it should end and the unit, e.g. 4, 10, USD M. |
initiative | An initiative under that key result. |

Write one row per person × objective × key result × initiative. On continuation rows, leave the person columns blank:

How the import behaves
- Matching. New people are added, existing ones are updated, and nobody is removed.
- Managers. People with a blank manager are placed under you so the org stays connected.
- Re-importing the same file doesn’t duplicate objectives or key results.
- Acknowledging. Imported OKRs are drafts; each person acknowledges them, and their manager approves.
- Only workspace admins can import.
