Create your workspace

There is no separate sign-up. The first time someone signs in to your install with an email nobody added yet, OKR.ai creates a workspace for them.

#Sign in

1. Open your OKR.ai URL, for example http://localhost:3000.
2. Enter your email and choose Continue with email.
3. Enter the six-digit code. With no mail server configured, the code is shown on the sign-in screen in development and printed in the server log.

If someone already added your email, you land in their org. Otherwise you start on a blank canvas with just yourself, and you are the workspace admin.

#Build the org

Use the + under your node to add reports with a name, role and optional job description. The role and description help AI split OKRs sensibly later.

To add many people at once, open Team import in the left rail and upload a CSV. See Team import.

#Add your first OKR

1. Click your node and open My OKRs.
2. Choose Add OKR and write the objective.
3. AI drafts key results. Edit, remove or add your own, then save.
4. Click Acknowledge in the banner. Your drafts become active.

#Invite people

Anyone you add can sign in with their email and lands in their place on the chart. Share your OKR.ai URL with them; there are no invitations to manage.
